The French newspaper Le Monde revealed that the trip to France of Olena Zelenska, wife of the Ukrainian President, and the organization of her charity evening at the Salle Pleyel, and her meeting with the First Lady of France Brigitte Macron is the work of the French communication agency Havas.

This agency, the former Euro RSCG, has been working in Ukraine for almost 20 years. It is directed by Stéphane Fouks.

From that date, he maintained ties with the Ukrainian Viktor Pintchouk (Pinchuk), an oligarch considered to be the second fortune of the country, for having benefited from the privatizations which followed the fall of the Soviet Union.

This agency had then crafted his campaign when he wanted to stand in the legislative elections. For two terms he was an elected member of the Ukrainian parliament and a supporter of rapprochement between Ukraine and the European Union.

Between 2009 and 2013, the Victor Pintchouk Foundation donated at least $8.6 million to the Clinton Foundation. Including when Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State.
Mr. Pintchouk had pledged from 2008 to pay $29 million over five years to the Clinton Global Initiative, a branch of the foundation that coordinates charitable projects and finances them, but does not handle the money. The deposit was intended to fund a program to teach future Ukrainian leaders and professionals “to modernize Ukraine” according to the Clinton Foundation. Several of these former students have become members of the Ukrainian Parliament.

Both Pinchuk and his communications and public relations sponsor Fouks have ties to ‘Israel’ and Zionism.

Victor Pintchouk who was born into a Ukrainian Jewish family is the founder of YES, Yalta European Strategy, (The European strategy of Yalta). At its 12th annual meeting on September 11, 2015, in kyiv, it had invited Shimon Perez, who was then former Israeli president, and who had then traced the path that Ukraine should take, saying among other things: “The Ukraine should invest in its future by developing science and innovation rather than “looking for the ashes of the past”.

As for Stephane Fouks, son of a Jewish communist resistance fighter, Moïse Fouks (born in Odessa), born in Paris, he participated in the “Zionist committee of Tolbiac” within the Young Socialist Movement, during his youth. Since July 18, 2013, he has been a member of the Steering Committee and of the General Assembly of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France, a pro-Israeli lobby with great influence in French political life.
