RT reports on Professor Christian Perronne: The complaint of the National Council of the Order of Physicians against Christian Perronne, because of his polemical remarks on the management of the pandemic, has been rejected by the regional disciplinary chamber of the order. The teacher was happy about it.
The complaint filed in December 2020 by the National Council of the Order of Physicians (Cnom) against Professor Christian Perronne, for remarks on the Covid-19 epidemic that the Cnom considered problematic, was rejected at first instance by the regional disciplinary court of the Order.
“The complaint of the National Council of the Order of Physicians is rejected”, thus ruled the disciplinary chamber, in a decision rendered on October 21 and of which AFP obtained a copy on October 24. Contacted by the press agency, the Cnom indicated its intention to appeal “as soon as possible”.
Almost two years ago, the Cnom had examined a series of complaints or reports targeting doctors, for facts or comments made publicly on the coronavirus pandemic. He had decided to seize the disciplinary chambers of first instance with complaints, or to join an ongoing complaint against six doctors, including infectious disease specialist Christian Perronne, then head of the infectious and tropical diseases department at the Raymond-Poincaré hospital in Garches (Hauts-de-Seine).
In its complaint, the Cnom denounced its “outrageous comments contrary to any principle of dignity”, as well as “several rules of medical ethics”, and accused it of having “put patients at an unjustified risk” by its defense of hydroxychloroquine.
Arguments swept away by the disciplinary chamber, which considered that the positions taken by Professor Perronne “did not endanger the action taken by the public authorities”, nor promoted “a remedy or an illusory or insufficiently tested process” . Affirming that this “internationally recognized specialist” was legitimate to express himself on the subject and “even had the obligation to do so”, the body underlines that the respondent did not “call for violence, or incite hate, or had an “antivax” speech” and that he did not “seriously implicate colleagues”.
Christian Perronne: “They gave me back my honor somewhere”
Courageous professor Perronne and courageous Virginia Joron, thank you to them for not giving up. Christian Perronne was at the European Parliament to give a conference and announce the complaint he is filing against Bill Gates.
“I am very happy, I did not expect such a favorable judgment”, reacted professor Christian Perronne on Sud radio. “The majority of the medical community supports me, I was delighted to see that the Council of the Order was a reflection of the French medical community. They really took objective arguments, there was no “blabla”. It was only on factual data that they gave me back my honor somewhere,” he added.
Very critical of the health measures introduced during the Covid epidemic, Christian Perronne had been dismissed from his post as vice-president and president of the Scientific Council of the French Federation against tick-borne diseases (FFMVT) in October 2020. weeks later, on December 17, the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) terminated his duties as head of the infectious and tropical diseases department at the Raymond-Poincaré hospital in Garches (Hauts-de- Seine), and had filed a complaint against him before the Order of Physicians.
In question, his comments held on Sud Radio concerning, in particular, PCR tests and the usefulness of wearing a mask in the street. Christian Perronne had thus declared that we “ruin the security for tests that are useless” but which are a “jackpot” for hospitals and general practitioners who would receive more money when a case of Covid-19 is detected – a reference to the mark-up which, according to health insurancevalued “the announcement of the positive test, the prescription of tests for close contact cases […], the information given to the patient on the barrier measures, the recording in the Contact Covid tool of the patient and close contact cases”. The author of the essay Is there a mistake they didn’t make? (Albin Michel, 2020) was also a support from Professor Didier Raoult.
