“It is becoming more and more obvious that the West has chosen a candidate to replace Zelensky, who is becoming more and more toxic and annoying every day,” he assured on August 25 on his Telegram channel, reports the site. Russian news outlet Pravda.

According to him, the commander-in-chief of Ukrainian troops Valery Zaluzhny, ex-president Petro Poroshenko, former interior minister Arsen Avakov and mayor of kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko control the western territories of Ukraine.

Mr. Kiva says that Washington drew up a “plan to change the teams in power” last spring. Zaluzhny (a representative of Poroshenko’s team), Poroshenko, Avakov and Klitschko are the men who will continue to be “at the helm” to control the western lands of the country.

The day before, Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations (UN), Vasily Nebenzya, said that the countries of the collective West, despite all their financial and military aid, will not be able to prevent the impending fiasco of the kyiv regime. . They will only be able to stretch out his agony over time, said the permanent representative of the Russian Federation.

On August 23, during a briefing following the results of the Crimean platform summit, Mr. Zelensky said that he did not plan to sack the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the Major General Valery Zaluzhny.

Before that, on Aug. 17, Ukrainian media reported that Mr. Zelensky wanted to remove Mr. Zaluzhny from his position as commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces.

On June 9, Dmitry Belik, a member of the State Duma’s International Affairs Committee, told Izvestiya that it was unlikely that Zelensky would remain in his post, because betraying his own country would cost him dearly. According to the deputy, Zelensky can ask for supplies of weapons from the West only in the pages of newspapers. In reality, however, he won’t make a move without an order from across the Atlantic.

Experts believe that the likelihood of a coup in Ukraine increases as the situation of Ukrainian troops in the Donbass worsens.
