Biden used over $800,000 from the US Bailout to employ REFLEX “oral historians.”

The American Rescue Plan funds woke oral historians at the expense of taxpayers’ pockets.
“Wokeness” and fiscal responsibility cannot co-exist, as nearly every budget or aid package a Democrat touches seems to include wok indoctrination funds, whether it be gender studies or research.” anti-racism”. The “American rescue plan”, adopted without the slightest Republican support, is no exception to this rule.
In addition to leading to the obscene 8.6% inflation we know today, the $1.9 trillion Democratic act of waste also included money for all sorts of nonsense, including $825,000 dollars for “Unemployed/Unemployed Oral Historians” through the Oral History Association. This association used this money to create grants for a project entitled: “Diversifying the Practice of Oral History: A Fellowship Program for Under/Unemployed Oral Historians”, offering eleven one-year fellowships to historians “from who have been historically marginalized in this area,” such as “indigenous peoples, people of color, people with disabilities, and workers.”
Because, according to Democrats, what would really save America financially is to employ oral historians to record “Latinx” and “anti-racist” history.
From Fox News: Among the recipients of the $60,000 grants was Elizabeth “Beth” Castle, an “anti-racism educator rooted in Shawnee culture,” to create “a collaborative oral history of the struggle against mineral and uranium mining in the Black Hills, the origins of the global Indigenous movement and the ongoing struggle to protect the people who protect Mother Earth”.
Another $60,000 grant was awarded to oral historian Virginia Espino for her project exploring the “intimate histories of working-class Latinx, Afro-Latinx, and natives in Los Angeles, with the goal of recovering and ‘recording the rebellious experiences and ideas that inform the ordinary lives of women who are invisible when not stereotyped’.
Colette Denali Montoya-Sloan, a queer and Indigenous librarian/archivist, received a $60,000 grant to develop an oral history of the “collective emotional, intellectual and spiritual experience of creation” from the new Visitor Contact Station at Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument in northern Maine.
Employing these people, apparently, is the most productive use of $825,000 of taxpayers’ money and absolutely worth the record 8.6% inflation.
Not to mention that what they are “studying” seems extraordinarily pointless, tucked away, and intended to perpetuate a wok agenda in academia.
Biden had previously labeled every element of the US bailout as “essential”, challenging his critics to find something to take away from him. Since the Democrats have refused to cut anything, we can assume they are fully aware of how our money has been wasted and are enthusiastically embracing it.
It was money taken out of taxpayers’ pockets that caused inflation to rise and was reallocated to people no one wanted to hire (and probably for good reason.)
So far, wasteful spending under Biden exceeds that of every other recent president, even before halfway through this term.
